Established a foundry under the name and style of M.G. Industries for manufacturing Gun Metal products and Cast Iron parts for sugar mills.
Melting Centre Established
Established our own foundry under the name and style of Melting Centre, a partnership firm at Kushire, Kolhapur.
High Pressure Moulding Line
Installed the High Pressure Moulding Line of Tokyu Company Ltd., Japan — their first such plant in India, with a capacity of 100 moulds per hour.
New Partnership & Pin Lift Moulding
Established a partnership firm at Kushire, Kolhapur and introduced Pin Lift Moulding Machine technology after separating from Melting Point.
Hi-Tech Machine Shop
Expanded manufacturing capabilities with the establishment of a machine shop equipped with hi-tech machinery.
SQ Mark Certification
Received SQ Mark Certification from Hyundai, strengthening quality standards and customer confidence.
Mega Project at Kagal 5 Star MIDC
Started a major project at Kagal 5 Star MIDC with advanced technologies to expand manufacturing capacity and capabilities.
Unit-II Production Expansion
Mega Project Unit-II at the 5 Star Kagal Plant moved into full production with Press Pour System, DISA HPML, advanced machining facilities and modern moulding technology.
Advanced Foundry Infrastructure
Strengthened Unit-II with ARPA 450, Sarvamangalam Moulding Line, CMM and a dedicated standard room, supported by well-equipped machining facilities.
